Cornerstone University Economics Scholar Appointed as Mises Institute Fellow

As demand for economics graduates grows in every industry, Cornerstone University proudly celebrates the appointment of Dr. Jeffery Degner, assistant professor of economics, as a fellow by the renowned Mises Institute.

The Mises Institute is recognized as one of the world’s foremost academic institutes advancing Austrian economics, liberty, and peace. The institute has a global presence and influence and has held more than 1,000 teaching conferences and seminars on subjects from monetary policy to the history of war, as well as the international and interdisciplinary Austrian Economics Research Conference.

Dr. Degner joins 21 other international fellows from France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, the UK, Poland, and Italy, as well as United States scholars from Baylor University, Oklahoma State University, and other research-focused universities.

This prestigious recognition reflects Dr. Degner’s exceptional contributions to teaching, research, and advancement of free market economics scholarship.
