Golden Eagles Ranked 16th in Preseason NAIA Poll

The men's basketball team enters the 2009-2010 season with high expectations. After missing a bid to the National Tournament by losing to Aquinas in the WHAC Tournament championship, CU returns four seniors and four starters from last year who are hungry and ready regain national prominence that the Cornerstone program has enjoyed in the past. Cornerstone was picked number one in the pre-season WHAC coaches poll and when the NAIA pre-season ratings were released they found themselves ranked #16. The Golden Eagles will be tested early as they face #7 Grand View at the Goshen College Tournament on Nov. 6th. For the complete rankings click here.
