#7 Grandview Defeats #16 Golden Eagles

The men's basketball team lost their season opener to #7 Grandview 75-63 at the Goshen College Tournament. Senior Matt Kingshott led the Golden Eagles with 13 points by making 6 of 8 from the field. Ronald Bates and Dominic Allen scored 11 and 10 each respectively. Caleb Simons had 6 rebounds on the night. The Golden Eagles shot just 43.3% from the field which included 17.4% from the 3-point line. The Golden Eagles will take on Holy Cross tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.
