
Kathy Natelborg, M.M.

Kathy Natelborg serves as Vice President for People, Culture & Careers at Cornerstone University. In this strategic role, she guides and implements the university’s talent strategy for faculty and staff while also reshaping student career services to expand workforce connections. She advances the recruitment and development of mission-aligned faculty and staff who sustain a Christ-centered culture and preserve Biblical faithfulness across every hire. In doing so, she helps secure the academic and industry expertise that strengthens Cornerstone’s curriculum and prepares marketplace-ready graduates. She also cultivates a staff culture marked by excellence, training, and service in support of the university’s mission.
Natelborg earned a Master of Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a management minor from Eastern Michigan University. She brings decades of leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and talent strategy, including nine years as Executive Director of Human Resources at Davenport University and nearly three decades with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale organizational transformation, strategic talent development, and complex change initiatives that strengthened institutions and the people who sustain their mission.
