Building upon the university’s CU Promise, the Cornerstone Advantage uses a matrix of five educational domains to position students for success and influence in today’s highly competitive job and career market.
While a student’s hiring and market placement is beyond our control, we pledge that through the Cornerstone Advantage every Cornerstone student can be more than ready for hiring and market opportunities. In fact, we are so confident in the readiness of our students that Cornerstone offers services to graduates for up to a year after graduation to help with employment services.
If at any time after you graduate and are employed, you or your employer find that you are not proficient in one of the five key Cornerstone Advantage domains, Cornerstone is committed to offering you options to brush up on these skills. Some options include referrals with our partner industry leaders, access to career services resources, or specified online training opportunities.
