Student Complaint

To help us better address your concerns, please first review the existing grievance policies and procedures (e.g., dispute a grade in a course, submit an appeal for an academic integrity violation, etc.) on the Consumer Information webpage to determine whether your grievance falls into any of those categories. If none of these existing policies address your particular situation, please complete the form below. Once we receive your complaint, a university staff member will contact you regarding next steps within five business days.
