Caring for Your Pastor

The goal of this study is to help church leadership teams (boards, staff-parish relations committees, etc.) understand how to care for their pastors and ministry staff well. Leadership teams can incorporate this six-lesson study into regularly scheduled meetings or engage most of the lessons in a retreat setting. We recommend completing Wellbeing for Leadership Teams prior to beginning this study.

This study is for church leadership teams and features Drs. Matt Bloom, Chuck DeGroat and Walter Gibson
