Make this summer unforgettable with Cornerstone University’s sports camps and enrichment programs! Our youth summer camps provide a future-focused environment for students to grow in confidence, build friendships, strengthen their faith, and explore their interests. Camps are available by school grade with options ranging from third grade to 12th grade.
Sports Camps
Golden Eagle Athletics is about more than the competition—it’s about representing the character of Christ as leaders rooted in integrity, humility, and grace. With the help of dedicated mentors, summer sports camp participants can improve their skills while they learn how to integrate faith with athletics through good sportsmanship.
While not every sport is offered for each grade, a full list of camp dates can be found on the Cornerstone Athletics website.
Summer Enrichment Programs
Middle and high school students are invited to campus to engage with their interests in a college environment! Cornerstone’s summer enrichment programs are designed to help participants cultivate curiosity, explore strengths with hands-on learning, and experience a Christ-centered college atmosphere. This includes camps led by Cornerstone professors who are excited to nurture participants’ interests through faith-based teaching.
What is Included: All activity supplies are included with the cost of camp. Campers also receive a Cornerstone t-shirt. Summer enrichment programs are hosted as day camps only and do not include overnight accommodations.

Finance Camp: Level Up Your Money IQ

Boost your money smarts with hands-on activities that introduce you to the basics of personal finance—from smart spending to beginner budgeting. Plus, dig into what God has to say about money and how we can be responsible users of His worldly resources. Come learn real‑world money skills in a supportive, energetic environment at Cornerstone!
Accounting Camp: Fraud Finders

Step into the role of a financial investigator as you and your friends uncover the truth behind a financial fraud scenario. Team up to analyze clues, learn how to spot fraud, build real‑world money smarts and discover how practicing moral goodness in our financial choices keeps people and communities safe.

This camp is all about discovering how you can use your heart for people, plus the talents and gifts God has given you, to influence the world for Jesus Christ. Whether you’re curious about becoming a teacher, counselor, or service professional—or simply want to better understand the gifts God has given you—this camp is a fun, hands-on way to start exploring and meet friends who share your interests.

AI Academy: CU Succeed

Camp Cost: $45
Dive into essential skills needed to use artificial intelligence confidently, creatively, and responsibly. Learn how to craft effective prompts, study with AI, summarize academic materials, and build customized quizzes and assessments to strengthen your study skills. Explore visual creation tools, practice maintaining your own writing voice, and gain clear guidance on academic ethics, citations, and fact-checking. This camp is led by Cornerstone’s own director of academic success, who has gained international recognition for research on AI in academic support.
Each student camper is welcome to bring one parent with them to camp activities at no additional cost.
Nursing Discovery Camp
Date: June 16 & 17, 2026
Time: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Ideal for Entering Grades: 7th-12th
Camp Cost: $75
Nursing Discovery Camp is a two-day, hands-on summer experience designed for middle and high school students who are curious about health care and helping others. Campers will explore the nursing profession through interactive skills stations, simulation activities, and real-world scenarios led by nursing faculty and students. This experience helps students discover whether a future in nursing or health care is right for them while gaining confidence, practical skills, and insight into college-level nursing education.

Bible Camp: Approaching God’s Word with Awe

Have you ever wondered how to understand the Scripture as it’s written? Under the guidance of the dean of Cornerstone Theological Seminary, you can learn alongside friends how to approach the Bible like church leaders do. Spend time reading Scripture, digging into its meaning, and equipping your heart and mind to share God’s Word.
Bible Camp: Imagining the Book of Judges

Camp Cost: $45
The book of Judges is known for being one of the tougher parts of the Bible — but we think you’re ready for it. Explore some of the harder stories in Scripture and dig into big questions like, “Why is there so much violence in the Bible?” Together, we’ll learn how to make sense of it and jump into hands-on activities, including a battle‑scene re‑enactment from the book of Judges. Get ready to think deeply, have fun, and discover more about God’s story.
Photography Camp: Capturing the Beauty of God’s World

Camp Cost: $45
Spend two days capturing the beauty of God’s world hands-on through photography. Learn photography theories, receive instruction in using cameras and discover the intentionality and creativity in the design of God’s beautiful creation.
Creative Writing Camp: Writing as the Image of God

Christians have been instructed by God to care for His world and to share His good news. Cornerstone’s creative writing camp explores how writing can help us imagine, create and communicate in ways that honor God. Come ready to ask big questions, try new ideas, and write alongside creative-minded friends!

Who Leads Summer Enrichment Programs?
Summer enrichment camps are designed and taught by Cornerstone University professors. Our professors are passionate about their areas of expertise and how those areas showcase the glory of God.
Where Do Camps Take Place?
All summer enrichment programs take place on Cornerstone University’s campus located at 1001 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. Specific on-campus locations will be emailed to registrants prior to the start of camp.
What is the Refund Policy?
For summer enrichment programs, full refunds are offered if requested four weeks prior to the start of your camp. After four weeks, a 50% refund will be offered to cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of camp. Any cancellations after this time forfeit the entire cost of the camp. The online registration convenience fee is non-refundable.
