Kimberly Meiste has served at Cornerstone University since 2013. Since that time, her roles have included the Assistant Data Coordinator (2013-2014), Data Coordinator (2014-2016), Assistant Director of Data Administration (2016-2020), and Director of Admissions Operations (2020-2021), and the Executive Director of Enrollment Operations (2021-2026).
In her current role as Senior Executive Director of Enrollment Management, Kimberly oversees all Admissions teams at Cornerstone University (Traditional On-Campus, Online, Graduate, Seminary, and SOAR™) as well as the Enrollment Operations team.
Kimberly is a champion for recruitment & operations, enrollment technology, CRM strategy, data-informed decision-making, AI & automation, and scalable processes that strengthen the prospective student experience and the experiential needs of the enrollment staff.
Utilizing her experience in communicating with officers, deans, directors, counselors, faculty, staff, students, and alumni, Kimberly seeks to facilitate a shared vision and collaborative work environment to provide operational solutions for recruitment efforts.
Experienced in higher education customer relationship management (CRM) software and equipped with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Kimberly’s desire is to maximize systems that achieve student-focused outcomes.
In her spare time, Kimberly serves as a freelance choral and piano music editor for Lillenas Music as well as the President-Elect for the Grand Rapids Symphony Chorus. In addition, Kimberly serves on the Board of Trustees for her Alma Mater, Olivet Nazarene University.
