Cornerstone University Creates New Transfer Pathway for Monroe County Community College Students
Cornerstone University is excited to partner with Monroe County Community College. Available immediately, a new transfer agreement between Cornerstone and MCCC makes it easier for students to continue their education with guaranteed admission and accelerated options for students to complete their bachelor’s degree.
MCCC students can transfer pre-approved courses into eligible Cornerstone programs. And students who complete an Associate in Science and Arts or Associate in General Studies at MCCC will have Cornerstone’s general education requirement considered fulfilled and waived, allowing them to move ahead with the remaining requirements for their degree.

MCCC students may also receive a guaranteed admissions interview for select professional programs, including nursing, social work and teacher education.
Cornerstone’s commitment to radical affordability extends to transfer students, too. Following a historic tuition reset, undergraduate tuition is frozen through the 2027-28 academic year, helping students know what to expect as they plan to help them earn their college degree.
