Submit Final Transcripts & Test Scores

Fall Due Date: July 1

Make sure you send official high school and/or college transcripts to Cornerstone University, along with any Advanced Placement (AP) or CLEP scores.

To be considered official, all final transcripts must be sent from your high school/educational institution in a sealed envelope to the address below.

If applicable, please complete your math and English placement tests. If you’re not sure whether you need to take a placement test, please contact your admissions counselor.

Complete Health Services Paperwork

Fall Due Date: August 1 | Spring Due Date: January 15

You can view required health services forms here. Health services forms are also emailed to you at your Cornerstone student email address prior to Arrival Day. Complete forms can be emailed back to Health Services directly through your Cornerstone student email address or printed and mailed to Health Services at the address listed below.

Completing these forms may require you to schedule a doctor’s appointment.

  • New Student-Athletes Only: You must register on SWOL and return additional forms to the Athletics Office. These forms include an Annual Health Physical, Proof of Primary Insurance, Medical Insurance Protocol and New Incoming Student-Athlete Health History.

Dietary Needs/Food Allergies: For questions or information about dietary needs and/or food allergies, please reach out to the Food Service Department by calling 616.222.1438.

Orientation Week activities are required for all incoming freshmen and transfer* students. This is an important time for students to connect with the campus community, acclimate to campus life and prepare for the start of the academic year.

*Transfer students with 45 credits or less are required to attend all Orientation Week events. Orientation Week events are strongly encouraged for transfer students with 46 or more credits.

Traditional Undergraduate Academic Catalog

On-campus Student Employment

Cornerstone uses Handshake for on-campus student job postings. You can access Handshake using your Cornerstone student account username and password once your account has been created (must be 180 days or less until the start of the semester).

Fall semester job applications typically open April/May. Open in-person interviews for on-campus jobs with our Food Service Department may be held during Summer Orientation Days in June/July.

Spring semester job applications typically open November/December.

Once you have accepted an on-campus job, you will need to complete the following steps to finalize your employment:

  • Sign all required Human Resources documents and return them to HR.
  • Bring unexpired, original ID to present to HR. One form of ID that qualifies is a valid US passport. Another option is to bring both a driver’s license and a social security card. If you are not a US citizen or need other options, please contact HR.
