Business Administration Minor

ACC-221 & 222: Accounting 1 & 2

Learn financial and managerial accounting, including the accounting cycle, asset valuation, short-term liabilities, payroll, income determination, and financial reporting. Expand to understand liabilities, owner’s equity, cash flow, and financial statement analysis alongside cost and managerial accounting for strategic decision-making.

Choose one of the following:

ECN-231: Principles of Macroeconomics

Examine macroeconomic theory, including national income, consumption, investment, savings, business cycles, banking, and monetary and fiscal policy.

ECN-232: Principles of Microeconomics

Explore microeconomic theory, consumer behavior, demand, cost and supply, production, market structures, and pricing of capital and resources.

Choose one of the following:

MGT-231: Principles of Management

Learn the four key management functions — planning, organizing, leading and controlling — and explore the integration of faith and business in personal and corporate settings.

MKT-251: Principles of Marketing

Discover key marketing concepts — product, pricing, distribution and promotion — with a focus on market orientation and the marketing function.

Students will choose two upper-level electives in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Management or Marketing.
