MGT-333: Operations & Supply Chain Mgt

Survey operations management with a focus on planning, design, and operation of processes for producing goods and services. Address management tools, quality, process engineering, and lean/continuous improvement.

MGT-335: Organizational Behavior

Explore how individual, group, and organizational dynamics influence workplace culture and performance alongside strategies to improve collaboration and organizational success.

MGT-336: Project Management

Learn key factors for successfully completing large and small projects, including selection, chartering, scope, resources, scheduling, budgeting, controlling, termination, and team leadership. Apply concepts through a semester-long project plan.
