Delivered through SOAR™, Cornerstone’s innovative mobile learning platform (app), the certificates help students prepare for greater career opportunities today while earning credits that automatically transfer toward a future Cornerstone associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Developed from existing degree programs, these certificates prepare individuals with the practical skills organizations need to grow their teams and leaders. As an extension of The Cornerstone Advantage™, students earn credits that transfer directly toward the Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science in Strategic Business Management or the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) if they choose to later earn a full degree at Cornerstone.
