Anna Locklear:
Nurturing Needs
Anna Locklear (B.S.W. ’20) loves supporting the people around her. Teachers took notice of this when she was in high school and encouraged her to go into social work. During her program at Cornerstone, Anna worked with her cohort of classmates along with her professors to learn the principles she needed for a future career and also the skills to nurture and care for those who need it. Anna is now studying for her Master of Social Work at Loyola University in Chicago, Ill., where she works with at-risk youth and individuals facing homelessness.
