Dr. Rachel Hammond serves as an associate professor of business and Business Division chair at Cornerstone University. She also serves as the director of the Ron Blue Center, working to bring biblical financial wisdom to every Cornerstone student. With career experience ranging from banking to human resource management, Dr. Hammond brings her expertise into the classroom to teach future generations of business leaders.

Dr. Hammond received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Cornerstone, followed by her Master of Management from Aquinas College. In 2018, Dr. Hammond received her Doctorate of Business Administration in Management from Anderson University. She is a member of the Christian Business Faculty Association.

In her spare time, Dr. Hammond enjoys spending time with her husband, Benjamin, and their three children, whether watching their kids compete in sports, tubing on Lincoln Lake, visiting Yellowstone National Park in an RV or talking around the dinner table.
