Reid Gough serves as the Vice President for Strategic Academic Innovations working closely with the Vice President for Academics to oversee online and innovative academic offerings at Cornerstone University. He leads the team of administrators and leaders focused on offering best-in-class non-traditional learning opportunities with Cornerstone’s distinctive Christian Worldview.

Reid has a distinguished background in education, recognized for his proven leadership in higher education and for successfully scaling innovative EdTech programs. With a strong grounding in strategic planning, online education, and operations management, Reid has had success driving institutional growth, fostering cultures of excellence, and delivering exceptional outcomes for students.

Key achievements from his career prior to joining Cornerstone full-time include:

• Scaling EdTech Solutions: Leading the growth and eventual sale of three education technology companies, including one that served over 4 million students and established itself as a market leader.
• Higher Education Innovation: Launching online colleges that enrolled tens of thousands of students, generating hundreds-of-millions in revenue and broadening access to quality accredited degrees.
• Academic Interventions for Student Success: Establishing an on-demand coaching platform to deliver targeted academic support for college and high school students. The platform reached over 10,000 learners and facilitated more than 750,000 personalized coaching sessions.
