Lyndsey Rupp serves as the resident director of Pickitt Hall. She is also an adjunct professor of psychology and creativity. In her role, Lyndsey is able to deeply care for female students on campus as they navigate their college years.

Lyndsey graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with her Bachelor of Science in psychology and child development. While there, she was a resident assistant, an academic coach and a resident director. She also worked at Miracle Camp and Retreat Center in various roles.

Lyndsey earned her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in 2020.
